維謝格拉德集團（英文：Visegrád Group）或V4，是一個文化性和政治性跨國聯盟，成立于1991年2月14日，由波蘭共和國、匈牙利、捷克共和國和斯洛伐克共和國四國組成。
自2004起中歐四國（波蘭, 捷克, 斯洛伐克和匈牙利）就是歐盟成員國。維謝格拉德集團是四國在歐盟和地區重要問題當中交流經驗,闡明共同立場的平臺。維謝格拉德集團合作聚焦強化中歐穩定,交流信息,推進文化社區,在文化,科技,教育及青年交流等領域加強合作。2016年是維謝格拉德集團誕辰25周年。
The Visegrad Group (V4) is regional form of cooperation comprising four Central-European countries – Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. Since 2004, all V4 countries have been member states of the European Union, and the Visegrad Group is a platform for exchanging experiences and working out common positions on issues which are essential to the future of the region and the EU. V4 cooperation focuses also on reinforcing the stability of Central Europe, exchanging information and promoting cultural community and cooperation in the field of culture, science, education and youth exchange. In 2016 Visegrad Group celebrates its 25th anniversary.

2007年4月由波蘭、匈牙利、捷克和斯洛伐克的議會領導人開會決定，建立維謝格拉德集團各國議會間的合作對話機制 ，以提升該集團的作用和影響。
據介紹，維謝格拉德集團電影節旨在將中歐生活方式,幽默和文化帶給中國市民和媒體,加強中國與波蘭, 捷克, 斯洛伐克, 匈牙利的人文交流, 深化16+1合作。
Visegrad Group Chrismas Festival project idea is to bring to China residents, media and creative faculties students Central European lifestyle, humor and culture and inspire for further people-to-people exchange between China and Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and Slovakia and 16+1 cooperation.
